You already know

You already know what you're here to build.

[ 01 ]

The vision keeps expanding, but the action won't start.

So you keep finding a sneaky reason not to start it every week...

[ 02 ]

You deep work for a week or two, then shift your focus.

And tell yourself "it's not ready yet", then life happens.

[ 03 ]

You've done the work. Done the programmes. Skilled up.

But you're still not moving at the level you know is possible.

The block

The block isn't where you think it is.

What most people try

More discipline
Better planning
A new framework or programme
Another pivot
Bigger goals

Where the work actually lives

Identity
Belief
Nervous system
Purpose
Self-perception

You can't solve an identity problem with a scheduling solution.

Framework

Neurological Levels of Change

Every level changes something different. Most people only work on the bottom three.

Most people try to close the gap by working harder. More planning. More structure. More discipline. Another framework. But the gap doesn't exist because you're not trying hard enough. It exists because the vision lives at one level, and the action is happening from a completely different one.

You cannot bridge that with more effort. You cannot think your way across it. You cannot vision board your way across it.

The gap is between who you currently are and who your vision actually requires you to become. That's an identity problem. And it needs identity-level work, not another scheduling solution.

Behaviour change without belief change doesn't hold. Belief change without identity change falls apart. The work has to go deeper than the to-do list.

When every level of you is pointing in the same direction — your environment, your behaviour, your beliefs, your identity, your sense of purpose — action stops being something you force. It becomes something that wants to happen.

“That shift is not found. It's built. Deliberately. At the level where the block actually lives.”

The work

Every day you spend misaligned is a day the thing you're actually here to build doesn't exist in the world. (and the world needs it built!)

This is why I created the Alignment Flow.

12 weeks. Three phases. A deliberate sequence — because you cannot grow without strong foundation, and you cannot share before you've built.

The method

12 weeks. One output.
Your thing, in the world.

Phase 01

Ground

Weeks 1–4

Zoom out. See where you stand.

Name the split: define values and core needs

The noise audit: reclaim your scattered energy

Locate yourself: structurally, not just emotionally

Build a stillness practice that actually fits your life

Phase 02

Build

Weeks 5–9

Do the identity work that makes the offer possible.

The story you're living in: inherited vs. chosen

Beliefs that run you: installed before you could evaluate them

Put an aligned offer together

Craft a positioning statement

Phase 03

Share

Weeks 10–12

Launch. Close the gap between intention and impact.

Your offer: positioning from the inside out

Execute a soft launch: real people, real conversations

Build rhythms that sustain you beyond the programme

Content plant

The output

By week 12, what exists

Not a plan. Not a framework. Something tangible.

A named, priced, positioned offer

Clear enough to share. Specific enough to attract and serve the right people.

Your personal story

The narrative connecting your history to your work, written to land.

A soft launch already in motion

Real conversations. First clients attempted. The work has begun.

A voice for your content

You know what to say and how to say it — without performing.

Your compass

A one-page navigation document guiding decisions when the path isn't obvious.

The internal architecture to keep going

Coherence that doesn't depend on conditions being perfect.

The container

What's included

Everything designed for depth and alignment.

6 bi-weekly 1:1 sessions

75 minutes each. Unhurried. Designed for the level that actually changes things — not accountability for goals you've already set.

Your offer, shaped

Named, priced, positioned. Clear enough to share and flexible enough to evolve. Tested in real conversations. Done with you, not handed to you.

Async thinking partnership

Voice notes and written feedback between sessions. The work doesn't stop when the calls end.

Weekly reflection prompts

Tied to your current phase. Designed to go one level deeper than you'd go alone.

Your compass

A living navigation document built with you, not a vision board. A reference that guides real decisions.

Soft launch support

Real-time feedback as you begin the conversations that matter. I'm in the room with you.

Mutual check

This works when…

This is for you if…

You're a creative or founder between worlds — you can sense what's next before it fully exists.

You've done the inner work and you're still not moving at the level you know is possible.

You want to build something that actually matters, not just something that pays.

You're ready to question the story you've been telling yourself about why you haven't started.

You're done collecting maps and ready to build your own compass.

Not the right fit if…

You need accountability for a plan you've already made.

You want strategy handed to you rather than built with you.

You're in acute crisis — this work needs a baseline of stability.

You're not yet willing to look honestly at the gap between where you are and where you say you want to be.

The shift

What changes

Not in theory. In the actual experience of your creative life, your decisions, and the work you put into the world.

Before

Knowing what you want to build and finding a new reason not to start it every week.

Discipline that works for two weeks then collapses — and a quiet belief that something is wrong with you.

A creative vision that keeps expanding while the actual work stays frozen — a growing gap you can feel daily.

The low hum — the sense of time moving while you're not fully inside your own life.

After

Moving from a felt sense of direction — not waiting for confidence, not waiting for permission.

Consistency that emerges naturally — because your environment, beliefs, and identity are all pointing the same direction.

An offer or project that exists in the world — built from who you actually are, not who you thought you should be.

A felt sense of coherence — not perfection, but alignment. The hum quiets. You know what you're doing and why.

The investment

The investment

I take a small number of people per cohort, intentionally. The depth of this work requires presence.

The practitioner

Why I do this work

I'm a researcher-practitioner working at the intersection of regenerative education, communications, and human development. Outside of this container, I enjoy co-discovering this world with my daughter, working with impact-driven organisations, playing in the ocean and the mountains, and completing my masters in education.

These aren't separate interests. They're three scales of the same question: what does it actually take for a person, or a child, or an organisation, to develop the coherence to act from genuine values rather than the system's momentum?

The Alignment Flow is the most direct expression of that work. Every person I work with is, in some sense, a live inquiry into what makes genuine shift possible — and what gets in the way. That makes me a better researcher. And it makes the work more aligned.

A portion of every fee goes toward regenerative initiatives around the world. This work is connected to something larger :)
